How do I report transport damage or loss to Logisticoo?
Despite the most careful handling and securing of your goods, in individual cases damage or loss may occur during transport. If such damage or loss has occurred with a Logisticoo shipment, we will be happy to help you.
Damage report

When receiving the shipment, pay attention to any external damage to the packaging.

The external damage must be noted immediately on the receipt from the delivery vehicle.

As soon as damage is discovered, document the damage using photos (from all sides).

Fill out our written damage report and send it to us, signed and stating the order number (info@logisticoo.com).

Add a receipt for the value of the goods, the delivery note and the receipt to the damage report.
